Plaque Dedication, The First Dynamite Factory in America

Join us as we celebrate the placement of the plaque for this California State Historical Landmark commemorating the first dynamite factory in the United States, personally licensed by inventor Alfred Nobel. The Native Sons of the Golden West, who supported the purchase, production, and shipment of the plaque, will perform their time-honored dedication ceremony that is over a century old. We will hear guest speakers, and afterwards enjoy cake and refreshments. Don’t miss it!
