As only one of three public-safety liaisons–the other two are in Districts 4 and 11–Dave Burke works behind the scenes to address quality of life issues, assisting the SFPD in tricky matters that might otherwise be passed over. He’s a city employee who facilitates solutions for our D8 Supervisor, Rafael Mandelman,and the SFPD.
