City Agency Hearings + Mandelman Legislation

The BOS Land Use and Transportation Committee will meet Monday, September 10, 1:30 p.m., in City Hall, room 250. See agenda here.

This is not GP but I do wonder what caused Peskin to bring it to committee

  • 180862 [Transportation Code – Board of Supervisors Review of Bus Rapid Transit Projects] Sponsor: Peskin Ordinance amending Division I of the Transportation Code to establish a procedure for Board of Supervisors review of certain Municipal Transportation Agency decisions related to Bus Rapid Transit projects; and affirming the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act. 9/4/18; ASSIGNED UNDER 30 DAY RULE to the Land Use and Transportation Committee.
