4:15pm       2900Blk Diamond       Battery on a Police Officer
Ingleside patrol Officers Kilgariff and Hornstein traveled to Glen
Park BART station regarding an aggressive panhandler.  They located
the suspect walking down the street near the station. The officers
asked the man to stop and talk to them. The suspect kept walking away.
When the officers approached the man again, he started swearing at
them. The officers then gave a third command for him to stop, and he
still ignored them. When Officer Kilgariff grabbed the suspect’s arm
to prevent him from escaping, the man swung his fist around and hit
him on the bicep. He then started struggling with both officers as
they attempted to place him in handcuffs. Quickly, with the help of
other Ingleside officers, the suspect was placed in handcuffs and on
the sidewalk. The suspect smelled of alcohol and had red, watery eyes.
Medical care was requested, and the suspect was treated for minor
scrapes to his hands. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital
and held until he was sober. He was cited for battery and resisting
arrest. Report number:130540980

vehicle owner asked the suspect, “What are you doing”? The suspect
responded, “What is it to you”?  A short conversation ensued and the
car owner then walked away until he heard the suspect say something
again. That prompted the victim to turn around and walk back to the
suspect who then took out a firearm from his waistband and pointed it
at the victim’s face and said, “This is what I’ve got for you”. The
suspect and victim then walked away in opposite directions.  The
victim went home and called the police. The victim was not injured and
