10:00pm Unit Blk Conrad Hot Prowl Burglary
A painting project turned out to be an unintended invitation for a
burglar. The victim told Ingleside Officer Morgante that he had just
finished painting his garage for the evening and decided to leave the
garage door open about six inches to let the paint dry overnight. He
cleaned up and walked up the stairs to his third floor bedroom going
to sleep for the evening. When he awoke the next morning he found the
garage door open halfway and several tools missing from inside. The
victim told Officer Morgante that he nor his wife and two year old son
heard any suspicious noises the prior evening. Report number:

11:30pm 300 Blk Miguel Hot Prowl Burglary
A man went downstairs in his home to retrieve the newspaper. When he
got downstairs he noticed both newspapers were inside his front door.
He asked family members if they brought the papers in and they all
answered “No”. It was then, as he told Ingleside Officer Ocreto, that
he noticed several items missing from the home including a nylon
shoulder bag, a FitBit watch, pair of shoes, a credit card, a medical
insurance card, and house keys. Officer Ocreto determined the burglar
gained access to the home through the front door. Report number:

7:20pm 400 Blk 30th Street Hot Prowl Burglary
A family went to bed at night believing their home was locked and
secured. The man, his wife, and children told Ingleside Officer Chang
they didn’t hear anything suspicious or alarming during the night.
When they awoke the next morning their garage door was open and an
IMac laptop, IPad, and sound amplifier was missing from a downstairs
office. The victim told Officer Chang that no other items were missing
from the home. Report number: 160409425
