12:24am Diamond/Moreland D.U.I
A woman was in her home when she heard a loud crash. She looked out
the window and saw a car parked in the street next to her car. A
neighbor, who also heard the crash, told Ingleside Officers Hackard
and Nguyen that he looked out his living room window and noticed a
motorist going “back and forth numerous times” in the street in front
of his neighbor’s home and next to his neighbor’s car. The witness
went outside, walked up to the driver’s open window and smelled the
strong odor of alcohol. He reached in the car and took the keys from
the ignition and called police. Officers Hackard and Nguyen arrived
soon thereafter and noticed significant damage to a parked car and the
car in the street. The driver of that vehicle told the officers that
he consumed “four cocktails” earlier that evening. He was asked to
perform several roadside sobriety tests which he failed. The suspect
was taken to Mission Station where a breath test revealed a blood
alcohol level almost three times the legal limit. He was transported
to the county jail and booked for driving while intoxicated. Report

A call of a burglary in progress resulted in the arrest of three
suspects. Officers Tran and Hauscarriage were dispatched to a call of
a burglary on the 200 block of Gold Mine Drive. Once they arrived,
they heard noises and saw flashlights coming from inside the home. The
officers held a perimeter and immediately requested backup. Once
back-up arrived, multiple units entered and searched the interior,
room by room. Inside the residence they found and took into custody
three suspects who were busy ransacking the place. A witness told
officers that he heard noises coming from his neighbor’s house and
immediately called the police. The homeowner was notified and
immediately responded to his residence. Once there he identified some
of his property that had been taken in the burglary, which included a
lot of antique pieces. All three suspects were transported to
Ingleside Station and charged with an array of felony charges
including burglary, conspiracy and possession of stolen items. Report

stolen three days before from an address in San Francisco. The
officers removed the suspects and placed them under arrest. Inside the

Anderson that he had just parked his car on Elk Street and was walking
down Chenery when he heard what he thought was a jogger behind him.
When he stepped to the side to let the jogger run by he felt someone
tugging at his briefcase. The victim turned around and was confronted
by a robber, wearing a “Hoodie”, and pointing a pistol at his
forehead. The robber mumbled, “Give me your bag” and the victim
surrendered his briefcase while raising his hands in the air. The
suspect, along with an accomplice, started walking backward to escape
all the while pointing the gun at their victim. The victim then pulled
out his cell phone and started dialing “911”. The suspects, noticing
the victim on the phone, ran back and instructed him to give them his
