Glen Park Greenway Community Meeting with the SFPUC

Topic: Watershed Planning for Islais Creek
The Glen Park Association is pleased to host a presentation by Rosey Jencks of SFPUC who will explain how the SFPUC is responding to storm water flows in our watershed. We’ll have an opportunity to ask questions about the ways this might affect our plans for the Glen Park Greenway. She will include the following topics:
- Watershed planning
- Storm water management
- Creek daylighting opportunities
- Rain gardens
The Glen Park Greenway, which runs parallel to Bosworth Street between Brompton and Burnside Avenues, will create a pedestrian route that joins Glen Park Village to Glen Canyon Park.Many thanks to St John School for kindly allowing us the use of their gym for this meeting.
