Thank you for joining the Glen Park – Diamond Heights – Sunnyside mayoral forum on September 14, 2011. We would like to start promptly at 700 pm at St John School on Chenery Street.
Here is the format:
Rachel Gordon of the Chronicle will be the moderator.
700 pm:
Introductions – 1 minute each.
Rachel will have 3-4 prepared questions oriented to Glen Park – Diamond heights – Sunnyside issues. Rachel will call on two candidates for each question.
Then there will be one round of each candidate asking another candidate a question.
The final formal portion will be audience questions turned in on cards. We will have a timekeeper for each response keep all this to 90 minutes. The last half-hour until 900 pm, the candidates will move to tables on the floor, and people can ask questions and meet and greet as they wish for half-hour.
The St John School gym has space, with bleacher seating, and room on the floor to accommodate the tables. There is parking in the schoolyard.
