December’s drenching rains are just what the Greenway needs to take care of the seedlings planted in the Native Meadow early this month and to germinate the acorns sown in the Oak Woodland. The rain also softens the soil so that all sorts of tasks are easier to do in this season. I hope that you’ll come and enjoy it all with us.
We’ll meet at 9am on Saturday, January 10 at the top of the Chilton Avenue cul-de-sac. The nearest house address is 88 Chilton Ave. We’ll have freshly brewed coffee waiting for you thanks to Andytown Coffee Roasters
At 12pm we’ll stop work and get together for sandwiches generously provided by Jamie Ennis Real Estate
Even if you can’t come for the entire morning, please come for an hour or two – and please try to join us for lunch.
