12:32 am, Circular/Baden, Suspended/False Info

Officers Padilla and Seavey observed a vehicle with an equipment violation. The officers conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver. The driver initially gave the officers a false name and stated that he had a license in another state. The officers attempted to locate the drivers information via numerous computer queries and were unsuccessful. Upon hearing that he would have to be booked due to lack of positive identification the driver finally gave the officers his real name. The driver was operating a vehicle with a suspended license. The driver was then positively identified, cited and released. The vehicle was towed with a hold for the STOP program. Report number 101036900

11:45 am, Congo/Joost, Aggravated Assault w/ Knife

Officer Ferronato responded to a stabbing call with numerous other officers. The officer spoke with the victim who stated that he was walking to his home on Monterey when he was approached by a Caucasian male adult with a British accent. The victim stated that the man asked for his help pushing his disabled vehicle and directed the victim to Congo and Joost. As they were walking the victim became suspicious and declared that he needed to go home. The suspect suddenly lunged at the victim and pushed him then ran away. The victim noticed pain on his right side and found that he had been stabbed on the upper arm and torso. Neither wound was life threatening. The officers searched the area for the suspect to no avail. Report number 101076417

Officers Chang and Park booked an Arson suspect in absentia for an incident that occurred at the above location. The man was already detained for a mental health evaluation at St. Lukes Hospital. Report number 101076592

6:21 pm, Unit blk Joost, Robbery w/ Gun

Officer Hom responded to a robbery call with numerous other Ingleside Station officers. The area was searched for the suspects to no avail. The victim told the officer that she was standing on the sidewalk talking on her cell phone when she was approached by an African American man, 18-20 years old, 5’8, 170 lbs, wearing a black cargo jacket, black cap, black shoes, with a cloth over lower face. The suspect pulled out a large gun with the appearance of a MAC-10 or similar weapon then demanded her cell phone and other property. The victim complied and gave the suspect her belongings. The suspect then walked away with two other African American males, about the same age, who were standing across the street acting as lookouts. Report number 101134786

8:08 pm, Diamond/Bosworth, Traffic Violation Arrest

Officers Yuen and Paras were on patrol when they observed a young male pedestrian commit an infraction. The officers attempted to approach the juvenile subject in an effort to admonish or cite him for the offense when he suddenly ran from the officers. The officers caught the subject and took him into custody. The suspect was taken to Ingleside Station where he was later cited and released to an adult family member. Report number 101138283

6:05 pm, 500 blk Chenery, Disturbing the Peace

A parking dispute carried into a local store and officers were called to the scene. A man, irate that another man had blocked in his vehicle, followed the driver into the business and created a scene by yelling and knocking merchandise and equipment over. The very agitated man was still at the scene, but the driver was helped to escape by other patrons who feared for his safety and kept the irate man there. The store owner refused to press charges for the damage to his store when the subject agreed to civil restitution. Report number 101138095

01:45 pm, 5300 blk Diamond Hgts, Agg Assault w/ Force

Officer Giannini with Officers Curry and Muro responded to an assault call. They met with the victim and her brother who witnessed the attack. The victim stated that she went to her mothers’ home and was attacked by her mothers’ live-in boyfriend. The victim suffered trauma to her head and was transported to the hospital for treatment. The suspect was located nearby and was taken into custody. He was booked at Ingleside Station. Report number 101146305
