Specific Donations for the Unhoused Accepted on Saturday, March 20, 1:00 3:00 pm at the Diamond Heights Shopping Center Parking Lot

March 17, 2021 by Nelson Barry, Urban Angels SF

Message from Nelson Barry, Founder & President, Urban Angels SF, Diamond Heights Shopping Center:
WILL YOU HELP???
Support a new and wonderful joint program between the Buddhist Church of San Francisco and Urban Angels SF to collect supplies for the unhoused.

PLEASE COME AND DONATE
ALSO SPREAD THE WORD TO YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY, NEIGHBORS AND COMMUNITIES (FAITH-BASED AND PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS)

The Buddhist Church of San Francisco will be collecting Blankets and Supplies for SF homeless in the Diamond Heights Shopping center parking lot (the east end closest to St. Aidan’s church on Gold Mine Drive) on March 20 from 1 pm to 3 pm.

Specifically the members and volunteers of the church will be accepting:
– Blankets (comforters, throws, fleece; bundled with a string preferably),
– Hand Sanitizer (in 2 oz and 4 oz bottles) and
– Socks (new or in like-new condition).

For more information; bcsfoffice@gmail.com or 415-776-3158

The donations are tax deductible.

The donations will be handed out to our unhoused SF neighbors by volunteers of Urban Angels SF, a nonprofit headquartered in the Diamond Heights Shopping Center.

Please spread the word to your friends, family, neighbors and communities and churches. This is a one-time donation effort by the Buddhist Church of SF. If it goes well, they may do it again.

Grateful to be in Service,

Nelson  Barry
