UNN virtual community meeting: August 18 at 7 pm

On the agenda:
1. What’s the latest on the J-streetcar line? Did you know that the J stops at Market Street and you must transfer to get downtown? The SFMTA is considering making this forced transfer permanent. They reached out by survey to see how we feel. Take this SFMTA online survey and let them know how you feel about it. The deadline to respond is August 16th.
2. Did you ever want a guest cottage in your backyard? They are called accessory dwelling units (ADU). Local architect and UNN board member, Andy Levine, will present the latest developments of ADU requirements.
