Crime Report: Oct. 12 – 15, 2012

The following are Glen Park crimes from the Ingleside Station Newsletter

Friday, October 12th, 2012

5:00pm Unit blk Stillings Stolen Truck

11:00pm Unit blk Addison Burglary

Monday, October 15th, 2012
11:20pm Unit blk Bosworth Robbery
Officers Ma responded to a robbery call on the unit block of Bosworth Street. He spoke to the victim who was talking on her IPhone, while walking home from the Glen Park BART station. All of a sudden, she was surprised by an unknown suspect who grabbed her from behind and punched her five to six times on her head, and stole her IPhone. The suspect then ran and jumped into the front passenger seat of an awaiting Green SUV vehicle, which fled the area. The victim complained of pain but refused medical treatment. Officer Brown searched the area for the suspects and vehicle with negative results. Report Number 120830246

Tuesday, October 16th, 2012
9:30pm Cayuga/Rousseau Att. Robbery
Officers Dominguez and Carrasco were sent to investigate a robbery case. The victim said that she was walking on Rousseau when she felt footsteps behind her. Suddenly, she was thrown to the ground and two male suspects attempted to rip her backpack off of her back. The suspects were unsuccessful and were startled when a vehicle drove up alongside so they fled the area. The victim provided a description of the suspects but was unsure if she could identify them. She was not injured and refused medical assistance. Officers canvassed the area unsuccessfully for the suspects. Report Number 120833466
