The Bosworth Pedestrian Bridge Beautification continues! We are delighted to collaborate with the Glen Park School and DPW to beautify the landscape on the school’s side of the bridge (south side of Bosworth).
There will be two opportunities to join your neighbors in this important project. On November 15th, we will be doing the critical work of prepping the landscape. We will start with some trash removal, then weed and pull ivy. Then we will work together to spread ground covering to keep the weeds at bay. On December 6th we will return to plant a native garden.
Dress for the weather and wear closed-toed, comfortable shoes. Long pants and long-sleeved shirts are also a good idea. You are welcome to bring your own gardening tools, but DPW will be supplying us with plenty. Bring water to stay hydrated while working.
