5:28pm 5200 Blk Diamond Heights Restraining Order Violation
Officers Dun and Almaguer were dispatched from Ingleside Station to check an address where a suspect, with a “stay away order”, was prohibited from occupying. When the officers entered the residence they found the suspect exiting a rear bedroom. He was placed under arrest and transported to Ingleside Station and booked for violating the court order.
