Glen Park Rec Center Winter Schedule

Early Childhood Development Courses

January 2, 2010 to February 26, 2010

Please register for courses at www.sfreconline.org

Mondays:

Pitter Patter Painters: 9:45 to 10:45 ages 2 to 5

($12 Fee for entire session) Children and caregivers are given the opportunity to paint and create master pieces using a variety of non toxic and age appropriate mediums. Please dress for a mess for this class!!!!!

Push, Pull, Rock and Roll: 11:00 to 12:30 ages 2 to 5 ($18 Fee for entire session) The gymnasium will be filled with cars, trikes and balls in order for tots to explore their balance and strength in a large open space.

Tuesdays:

Tot Gym: 10:00 to 11:30 ages 1 to 3 ($24 Fee for entire session)

Toddlers engage in developing motor and social skills with the use of the stage play area, art projects, parachute play and circle song time.

Wednesdays:

Tot Time: Ages 2  to 5 10:00 to 11:30  ($16 Fee for entire session)

This course will include free play, art, music, motor skill development, snack, and story time to get your child ready for a preschool setting.

Tumble, Dance, Prance and Play: Ages 3 to 5 3:30 to 4:30

($16 Fee for entire session) Class will begin with 30 minutes of free play and conclude with a structures gross motor and dance class. Toddlers will be encouraged to use their imagination while playing movement games, dancing and tumbling.

Thursdays:

Tot Gym*: Ages 1 to 3 10:00 to 11:30 ($16 Fee for entire session)

Toddlers engage in developing motor and social skills with the use of our stage play area, art projects, parachute play and circle song time.

Little Athletes*: Ages 2 ½ to 4 Ages 4:00 to 5:00 ($16 Fee for entire session)

Introduce your child to a variety of sports while they learn basic motor skills.

Fridays:

Little Artists*: Ages 2 to 5 Ages 10:00 to 11:00 ($16 Fee for entire session)

Toddlers will be provided a variety of paper art projects!

Play Group: Ages 2 to 5  11:00 to 12:30 (free)

Stage is open for free play.

Saturdays:

Tot Time: Ages 2 to 5 10:00 to 11:30  ($16 Fee for entire session)

This course will include free play, art, music, motor skill development, snack, and story time to get your child ready for a preschool setting.

Join us THURSDAY JANUARY 19 at the Glen Park Association Quarterly meeting. We'll be in-person at the Glen Park Rec. Center at 6:30 PM. Our agenda includes:

-- A special presentation from QuitCarbon,
-- Meeting the new owners of @canyonmarket ,
-- Learning more about projects at @sfrecpark & @sfpublichealth, and
-- Electing 2023 GPA officers.
