With Fogust (almost) in the rearview mirror, the SF Entertainment Commission has approved street closures for two great events, so mark your calendar now!
Art Walk SF–Saturday, October 7, 12pm-5pm
Local merchants and artists will be partnering in the revitalization of our neighborhood! Glen Park’s many small businesses will have special promotions while showcasing local artists and musicians. This event is made possible by the Glen Park Merchants Association and is co-sponsored by the Glen Park Association.
Chenery Street closure for Halloween–Tuesday, October 31, exact time TBD
The last Halloween street closure was in October 2019 after which the Covid-19 pandemic made that impossible. Neighbors have been clamoring for the return of trick-or-treating along Chenery Street this year and it’s going to happen! The event is sponsored by the Glen Park Association and special thanks go to Elena DiMuzio.
Barricades will be staffed by volunteers as indicated by the yellow dots.
