SFMTA Bike/Roll Feedback Meetings

July 3, 2024 by San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency

Join us this summer for an upcoming community open house!

The San Francisco Biking and Rolling Plan: Active Communities is a 2-year planning process to develop a new plan for active mobility in San Francisco. The new plan directs future SFMTA investments in the biking and rolling network, support facilities, programs, and policies for the next 10-15 years. This new planning effort includes all devices that can legally use the biking and rolling network and elevates the voices and needs of equity priority communities.

We are hosting open houses across the city in July and August 2024 (scroll down for schedule). Join the discussion on how the network will be built. There will be opportunities to provide input on:

  • Recommended facility types (separated lanes, protected lanes, car-free streets, etc.)
  • Options for how the biking and rolling network will be built
  • Programs addressing education, affordability, and access

The project team looks forward to hearing your feedback. Interpretation services are available. Please contact bikeroll@sfmta.com for language assistance. Light snacks will be provided.

Use this link to RSVP.
