Call it what you will–atmospheric river, pineapple express, or bomb cyclone–no words are too hyperbolic to describe the mighty power of the current wave of storms. Glen Park has had its share of destruction, from toppled saplings to crushed homes.
Our hilly and meandering geography, so charming in the sunshine and fog, turns threatening as intense rain follows the path of least resistance and wind wallops the neighborhood.
With a short respite on Friday, more rain is predicted Saturday through most of next week.
