The building at 701 Chenery Street, the former Glen Park Cleaners for nearly 35 years with an apartment on the second floor, has been vacant for three years since it was damaged in a fire that started in one of the dryers.
It was recently restored and Gordon Property Management is seeking new tenants and is open to selling the property if there is an interest. Information is available on Zillow.

Across the street at 699 Chenery Street, is the former Le P’tit Laurent which was sold to the owner of Higher Grounds Coffee House and Manzoni Italian restaurant in January 2020. It had been open for only a few months when the Covid-19 pandemic hit, forcing it to close. It has not reopened since that time.
