Glen Park Grows Up?

April 8, 2025 by Heather World

And while height limits remain 40 feet for most of the neighborhood, the density restrictions would be lifted, paving the way for more […]

January 4, 2023 by Elizabeth Weise

A massive eucalyptus tree that grew in the street median along Bosworth fell over during high winds Wednesday, Jan. 4 at around 5:30 pm. The tree fell across the westbound lanes of Bosworth, snarling traffic and blocking the roadway. No one appeared to have been injured when the large tree came down, though a car […]

Wilder Street Garden:  A Growing Idea

March 22, 2019 by Bonnee Waldstein

On the short and narrow, yet very busy thoroughfare that is Wilder Street, sits a sad, empty patch of ground.  It’s BART property and is fenced off to protect an auxiliary building for BART which sits on the site. For years, neighbors have bemoaned its ugliness, and several of them try to at least keep […]

BART will be allowed to develop its parking lots

October 2, 2018 by Bonnee Waldstein

No Development on the BART Lot

June 10, 2016 by Heather World

At the last GPA meeting, a BART rep said there are no plans for development on the lot in the near the future. As the fabulous Bonnee Waldstein wrote in her thorough notes: Tim Chan, the station planner for the Daly City to Powell Street stations, addressed the local situation at the Glen Park station. […]

We had a great Work Party Event on the Greenway on Saturday. Very many thanks to those who were able to join the party!

Many thanks to Andytown Coffee Roasters ( Andytown Coffee Roasters ) for providing the fresh coffee at the start of our Work Party
Event and to Jamie Ennis Real Estate ( SF Luxury Real Estate Agent ) for providing the delicious sandwiches ( Cheese Boutique ) for our lunch.

I look forward to seeing you at our next monthly Work Party Event on Saturday, September 12 (one week later than
usual because of the Labor Day holiday).

See you on the Greenway!
